BIRC6-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC6-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,610 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC6-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, RING1, and RPRD2. Each is linked with BIRC6-AS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC6-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC6-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIRC6-AS2 versus ZMYM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC6-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC6-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
