BIRC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX47, HMGB4, and OR4F4. Each is linked with BIRC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC3-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX47 grouped by BIRC3-low versus BIRC3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
