BHLHE40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHLHE40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,815 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHLHE40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETDB1, JUNB, and LGALS1_S30. Each is linked with BHLHE40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHE40-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHE40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHLHE40 versus SETDB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHLHE40→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHLHE40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
