BEX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and GATA6. Each is linked with BEX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX3-to-partner and partner-to-BEX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by BEX3-low versus BEX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
