BEST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,535 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBB1IP, APOBR, and MYO1F. Each is linked with BEST1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST1-to-partner and partner-to-BEST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEST1 versus APBB1IP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
