BEST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, CCL4, and UHRF1. Each is linked with BEST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST1-to-partner and partner-to-BEST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by BEST1-low versus BEST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
