BEST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, ZAN, and OR2J1. Each is linked with BEST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST1-to-partner and partner-to-BEST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by BEST1-low versus BEST1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
