BDNF-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDNF-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,170 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDNF-AS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, SMARCC2, and NRBF2. Each is linked with BDNF-AS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDNF-AS-to-partner and partner-to-BDNF-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDNF-AS versus ERO1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDNF-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDNF-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
