Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, COPS8P1, and MIR6864. Each is linked with BDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH2-to-partner and partner-to-BDH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by BDH2-low versus BDH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
