Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCRP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,752 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCRP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-L-cysteine S-palmitoylation, Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization. Each is linked with BCRP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCRP6-to-partner and partner-to-BCRP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-L-cysteine S-palmitoylation grouped by BCRP6-low versus BCRP6-high in STAD.
