Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, UBE2L3, and FBXW4P1. Each is linked with BCR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCR-to-partner and partner-to-BCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
