Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCR RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BCR data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher BCR RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and PAAD are the cancer types where BCR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
