Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, WRAP53, and ZWINT. Each is linked with BCR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCR-to-partner and partner-to-BCR results are reported.
