Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with BCR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCR-to-partner and partner-to-BCR results are reported.
