Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,116 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Positive regulation of protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with BCR in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCR-to-partner and partner-to-BCR results are reported.
