Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL7C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, IDI2, and ASB17. Each is linked with BCL7C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7C-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R39 grouped by BCL7C-low versus BCL7C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
