Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL7C RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BCL7C data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher BCL7C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL7C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and THCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where BCL7C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
