BCL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, RSPH6A, and CLEC4F. Each is linked with BCL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by BCL6-low versus BCL6-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
