BCL11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, TAS2R7, and COX5A. Each is linked with BCL11A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL11A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by BCL11A-low versus BCL11A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
