BARD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BARD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BARD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRND, NPVF, and MC3R. Each is linked with BARD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARD1-to-partner and partner-to-BARD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRND grouped by BARD1-low versus BARD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
