Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 577 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT1, CCDC198, and EIF5. Each is linked with BANF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANF2-to-partner and partner-to-BANF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 versus GGT1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
