BANF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BANF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BANF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A4, SCN11A, and DISP3. Each is linked with BANF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANF2-to-partner and partner-to-BANF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A4 grouped by BANF2-low versus BANF2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
