Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRYP5, COX6A1P3, and RNU6-1056P. Each is linked with BAG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG5-to-partner and partner-to-BAG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRYP5 grouped by BAG5-low versus BAG5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
