BAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HES3, OR10W1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with BAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG3-to-partner and partner-to-BAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HES3 grouped by BAG3-low versus BAG3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
