BAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,082 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX5, LAMTOR1, and OTUB1. Each is linked with BAD in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAD-to-partner and partner-to-BAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAD versus PRDX5 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
