BAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,758 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR137, MED19, and PIN1. Each is linked with BAD in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAD-to-partner and partner-to-BAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAD versus GPR137 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
