BACH1-IT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1-IT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,251 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH1-IT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMM10, BACH1, and MAVS. Each is linked with BACH1-IT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-IT2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1-IT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACH1-IT2 versus TIMM10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH1-IT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH1-IT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
