BACH1-IT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1-IT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH1-IT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5003, RBM17P2, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with BACH1-IT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5003 grouped by BACH1-IT1-low versus BACH1-IT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH1-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH1-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
