Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with BACH1-AS1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1-AS1 results are reported.
