Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAALC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,125 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAALC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFN2, CD109, and U2SURP. Each is linked with BAALC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAALC-to-partner and partner-to-BAALC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAALC versus PFN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAALC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAALC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
