Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAALC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAALC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAALC-AS2, BAALC-AS1, and LINC01181. Each is linked with BAALC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAALC-to-partner and partner-to-BAALC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAALC versus BAALC-AS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAALC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAALC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
