B4GALT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHMP2B, CPOX, and DLG1. Each is linked with B4GALT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B4GALT4 versus CHMP2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
