The most reproducible B4GALT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are B4GALT4-AS1, SLC12A8, and AGR2. Each is linked with B4GALT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT4 results are reported.
