Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,984 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00457, SRP19, and SETD9. Each is linked with B4GALT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00457 grouped by B4GALT4-low versus B4GALT4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
