Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with B4GALT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT4 results are reported.
