Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU6-1242P, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with B4GALT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT3-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT3 results are reported.
