Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALNT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,714 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR36, ANKRD13B, and MEX3A. Each is linked with B4GALNT4 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT4 results are reported.
