The most reproducible B4GALNT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, WASHC2A_S663, and PSMB10. Each is linked with B4GALNT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT4 results are reported.
