Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALNT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,206 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHIA, SPACA5B, and TXNDC15. Each is linked with B4GALNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT4 results are reported.
