Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GNT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GNT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with B3GNT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT7-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT7 results are reported.
