Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GNT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GNT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell apoptotic process, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with B3GNT7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT7-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT7 results are reported.
