B3GALNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-Z, RNA5SP405, and RNU6-1228P. Each is linked with B3GALNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HLA-Z grouped by B3GALNT2-low versus B3GALNT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
