B2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P2Y, SNORD65C, and RN7SL83P. Each is linked with B2M in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B2M-to-partner and partner-to-B2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P2Y grouped by B2M-low versus B2M-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→B2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
