B2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B2M mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK_pT202_Y204, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and PCNA. Each is linked with B2M in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B2M-to-partner and partner-to-B2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK_pT202_Y204 grouped by B2M-low versus B2M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→B2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
