Across TCGA cell cohorts, B2M protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,074 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B2M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with B2M in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B2M-to-partner and partner-to-B2M results are reported.
