B2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, B2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 341 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, EIF3L, and CBY1. Each is linked with B2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B2M-to-partner and partner-to-B2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by B2M-low versus B2M-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→B2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
