Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CERK, ERH, and ALG13. Each is linked with AZIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN2 results are reported.
