Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,167 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, UBE2V1P4, and YBX1P9. Each is linked with AZIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN2 results are reported.
