AXIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, THOC1, and STUB1_S273. Each is linked with AXIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXIN1 versus DCTPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
