AVPR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVPR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,141 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVPR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH5, ADGRF5, and ADGRL4. Each is linked with AVPR1A in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-AVPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1A versus CDH5 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
